Okay so I’m gonna link what I’m doing to hit my goals! First, I’m not really going for too much weight loss, maybe 7lbs- my goal is to tone my arms, tighten my stomach and smooth my legs! Eating window- 12pm-6pm All my supplements (to make sure I’m getting in all necessary nutrients) are linked below including collagen and protein!
