We added some finishing touches like a fan, a tv, retractable sunshade, slide away mosquito net curtains, LED lights, a fire pit table and some furniture from Costco as well! It comes as a ready to assemble kit with all wood pre-cut, pre-drilled, and pre-stained and includes all hardware and metal components! TOTALLY worth it and highly recommend!!!
