I love to wear pretty much anything that’s the color pink…tops, dresses, skirts, shoes, I’m IN! So when I found this pink cotton poplin Simkhai top while compiling my Summer Capsule Wardrobe, I knew I had to try it. I shared it in white on the capsule if that’s more your style 😉 But the pink is SO pretty, I love the puff sleeves, and the fit is wonderful. The twist front detail combined with the V-neckline makes this a super flattering top for most body shapes. I can’t wait to wear this top for the rest of the summer! I paired the Simkhai blouse with some new Mother jeans I LOVE! They have a high-rise (10”), super wide-leg silhouette that’s so on-trend right now, and a raw hem. They have a 31” inseam, which I can usually wear with heels, but if they’re too long for you, you can either have them hemmed or cut them yourself because they already have a raw hem…easy peasy! They run true to size and I have on a 26. I’m wearing them with a pair of flat sandals but you can wear heels, sandals, mules, or whatever you prefer depending on if you’re trying to dress up or down. On my feet, I’m wearing a fun pair of pink sneakers. I have these Rag & Bone sneakers in black and taupe and love them so much that I decided to grab them in pink for summer. I know I’ll wear them to the many lacrosse tournaments we have coming up. These sneakers are the perfect mix of fashion and function. Plus, they’re so comfortable! Fit runs true to size. ~Erin xo
