Turns out a lot of my acne issues were stemming from over using acne products instead of focusing on getting dehydration. This includes steaming facial sprays and layering hydrating skin care products to prevent my skin from filling parched and causing it to overproduce sea bomb, which gets trapped in pores, clogged and becomes acne and inflammation. In addition to this, I’ve also made many changes to have a healthier lifestyle and a better diet because Beauty starts from within.
