I enjoy watching everyone’s creativity with Elf on the Shelf but that is one tradition I never started. But, Every December I have been DIYing Dakota a Christmas Countdown. When I saw this toy vending machine I knew it would be perfect for this year. There is no assembly, and it’ll be great to use for future parties or as a “date night jar” for our family. It comes with 12 toy filled capsules, but I purchased extra to add my own small gifts and holiday experiences. I plan on doing a 12 day countdown, but I already know once Dakotas sees this… it’s on! Sweet Potatoes Pie Pancake Recipe:

3 cups Ghetto Gastro Sweet Potato Pancake Waffle Mix

1/3 cup of brown sugar

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

2 teaspoons of neutral oil

1 cup of milk

Follow instructions on ghetto Castro packaging to cook

Top with butter, cinnamon, syrup , glazed pecans, and whip cream as video shows.

Enjoy and I hope you love it as much as my family does!
