What you'll need: • About 3 yards of fabric per color • Rip fabric into strips roughly 3" wide by 36" long • About 6 bows per garland • You'll need about 12 garlands total How to assemble: 1. Glue bows together to create garlands 2. Hang garlands on a dowel, layering as you go 3. Add ric rac and tulle ribbon for extra texture 4. Cut stars out of white fabric and glue them down to finish🇺🇸🎀🇺🇸🎀
