DIY Valentine’s Day Bow Garland Tutorial 💕 I started by ripping fabric strips about 3 inches wide and 30 inches long. First, I went all the way across my string and tied each fabric strip on with a simple knot to build the base of the garland. Once the entire string was full, I went back and added bows all the way across, tying them right over the knotted pieces. I fluffed and adjusted everything to make it look full and layered.
