Making Fresh pasta? Yes please!⬇️
2 cups OO flour & a dash of salt in your mixer with the paddle. Then drizzle a whisked mixture in with machine on 2: 2 tblsp water, 2 tblsp olive oil, 2 yolks and two eggs. knead for four minutes then feed 1/3 dough ball through the attachments… we do setting 1, 4, 6 on flat attachment then run it through the spaghetti attachment. Boil 1-5 minutes depending on size. Prepare as usual and serve!#LTKhome

Spice cabinet makeover for way less than you think…
The secret? Classico jars are made to be reused. We wash them and use them for freezing soups and organizing the pantry. And then dishwasher when we’re done!
The other jars? The spice jars are glass, good quality with matching stickers which we also used on the larger anchor hocking jars that are really nice thick glass with glass lids (and a seal). We love how it all turned out!

What I didn’t know about HEXCLAD

Well let’s start with I did: I had thrown away all my teflon non-stick pans when I figured out that they were not the best healthy choice for our family.
.
But I was left without a replacement.
.
And a lot of sticky, messy pans.
.
And I cook a LOT. You could even say it’s one of my domestic love languages.
.
I saw the Hexclad pans advertised the first time and I was super confused. How could that work? I didn’t understand how it could be metal utensil safe AND non-stick. Or even just non-stick without the surface that flakes.
.
I had wondered whether it really, actually worked. And I was on the fence several times. But, it just felt like too big of a spend to take a chance on.
.
So when Hexclad said they’d send me some cookware so I could see for myself? I was super excited.
.
And what did I learn?
.
They’re LEGIT. They’re non-stick. For real.
.
What I didn’t know?
.
They’re fantastic with my induction top because they spread the heat out evenly on the pan. (If you’ve ever used cheaper cookware on induction you know how frustrating this is).
.
And now: I’m a FAN.
.
