Valentine’s Day decor. Homemade Valentine’s Day conversation heart candies. I used chocolate melting wafers and melted them in a double boiler on my induction stove. I then poured the melted chocolate into the conversation heart silicone molds and put them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. They look great on my heart shaped ceramic platter and rose print tablecloth! This is perfect for Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s Day and will also make a cute gift for a loved one! The kids will love this DIY Valentine’s Day project! 💗❤️ LTKFindsUnder50 LTKfoodie LTKHome
