My KitchenAid Pasta Press Attachment is my lifeline!! I love making homemade pasta. This far I’ve made rigatoni, spaghetti, bucatini, and fusilli! This weekend I made a pasta salad with my fusilli! I made homemade ranch dressing, added marinated mozzarella balls, homegrown tomatoes from my neighbors, red onion, cucumbers and pepperoncini. It was amazing!! Homemade pasta is delicious, filling and is a family favorite! ❤️
