Holiday dessert idea! Homemade chocolate candy cane ice cream recipe! If you get a stand mixer for Christmas you’re going to want to make this ASAP! You don’t need a special bowl or an ice cream maker for this no churn recipe! It’s absolutely delicious, and so easy to make! ❤️

Chocolate Candy Cane Ice Cream (No-Churn)

Ingredients
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 3 candy canes, crushed (or more to taste)

Method
Whip cream to stiff peaks. Mix in vanilla, then gently fold in condensed milk. Add cocoa powder and mix until smooth. Fold in crushed candy canes, transfer to a container, and freeze until set.

Nothing says winter comfort like a pot of easy homemade soup simmering on the stove in a Le Creuset Dutch Oven. My mom and my grandma’s caldo de vegetales (caldito). It’s so good!!

Yes, it’s vegetable soup — but I added a spoonful of chicken bouillon for flavor. The result was warm, rich, and satisfying. You can always add your favorite vegetarian bouillon powder or cubes if you prefer!

We added Knorr Chicken bouillon powder to the water, cabbage, baby carrots, small potatoes, corn, celery and cilantro!

I topped mine with feta cheese and croutons - my favorite!! 😍
