Need to use up some rosé from the summer? INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 ounces Tequila blanco 1/2 ounce Dolin Rouge Sweet Vermouth 1/2 ounce rose infused Dolin Dry Vermouth 1/2 ounce Cappelletti Aperitivo 1 dash Peychaud's bitters Sparkling Rosé Lemon peel Rose petal garnish DIRECTIONS Infuse dry rose petals into Dolin Dry Vermouth. In a mixing glass with ice, add all ingredients except the lemon peel and rose petal. Stir for about 30 seconds and strain into a champagne flute with ice cubes. Express and discard lemon peel.
