Okay I didn’t find them… Mindpump Podcast did but my husband listens to these guys regularly and we were chatting about these 5 things that can have a huge impact on our health. As we are aging, we are finding out how important these things are ⬇️ 5. Getting up and moving! 4. Strength training…Ladies… it doesn’t have to be a lot but we need some weights in our life! 3. Finding ways to separate from all the media and particularly the news. It’s great to stay up to date but I’ve seen firsthand the toll it takes on person’s mental health when they can find time to separate from it. 2. Getting outside! This can be a challenging one during the winter months but it can be done! 1. Here’s the one ladies…. Not chewing your food long enough.
