Putting the bermuda shorts I wasn't sure about to work — and I'm officially a convert. A frilled sheer top brings the flow, the trench adds structure, and a suede pointed heel finishes it off. Considered without trying too hard.

My trusty jeans — still one of the hardest working pieces in my wardrobe. These are the perfect pair for the tall girls or for anyone wanting a jean that works effortlessly with heels. I’ve linked my favourite alternative too—just as good, just as versatile.

Paired with the knit I invested in and love just as much. Soft and simple, but the shoulder pads add just enough structure to make it feel polished and intentional. Mine is unfortunately sold out now but I have linked some great alternatives. You can even grab yourself some shoulder pads and stitch them in to ‘get the look’ — I picked up some from Amazon recently.

This is the beauty of great basics— a cardigan and jeans on paper, but with considered accessories it becomes something entirely different. Elevated, refined, and ready to take you from anywhere without missing a beat.
