I am now a red girly — full convert. If you asked me a month ago how I was stying red this season — my answer would have been ‘accessories only’ but as I have dabbled, one-by-one, pieces of red are now taking over my wardrobe and I am 100% here for it. My only rule is that you will never see me wearing black with red (just a personal rule but one I follow). Red for me pairs perfectly with this seasons navy, camels/beige and of course denim. The unexpected pieces I’ve been loving lately from @lululemonausnz… the accessories.

I picked up these mules recently and loved the design straight away — the perfect transitional shoe as we head into cooler weather. Add a sock as the weather cools and you’re good to go. And this crochet tote? Originally purchased for upcoming holidays but I’ve already been using it nonstop. Fully lined, pockets, and effortlessly chic… what’s not to love.

Did I mention I am slightly obsessed with lace? Well, I am and I mean lace and balloon pants — it’s my heaven.

My @targetaus new season work edit has arrived - lets have a play 🤍
First up, are these incredibly comfy barrel pleat pants — they pair perfectly with their Aus cotton seam shirt in this beautiful dusty blue — simple, polished and just a little different. (It also comes in white if blue isn’t your colour.)

Of course I included another barrel style — this Harper denim pair is ideal with winter boots and looks so chic styled with the Lily Loves chocolate oversized blazer. The drape on this blazer is stunning, and adding a silk scarf instantly elevates the look.

And finally, the viral denim funnel neck jacket absolutely lives up to the hype. Paired with a classic black bubble skirt, it’s an effortless way to finish off your work week.

Jeans and denim are such an essential part of your wardrobe (well mine anyway) so it only makes sense to invest in the right pieces.

These jeans from Scanlan Theodore are my top pick. They are a reasonable denim price point so the $$ per wear is worth it. Mine are over a year old and still my fav I reach for daily. I also have them in light blue, indigo and white (yes, quite the collection). They elongate the leg and are perfect for the tall girlies — or if you need to hem, they already have just an overlocked edge so super easy to alter.
