Day 2 of couch-side dress ups for AFW 2026 and this one’s my favourite. There’s something about an all-black look that leans into texture — velvet, satin, leather, fur — all the interest without relying on colour. It’s how you take something ‘safe’ and give it depth and a little drama. I dragged my vintage Carla Zampatti velvet pants out for this make-believe excursion (and don’t let ‘vintage’ fool you — these get worn A LOT). If I’d actually made it IRL, this is exactly what I would’ve worn to the show. Hope everyone stayed somewhat dry out there — but the rain made for the most incredible show.
