If your eyeliner, lip liner, contour, or shadow sticks tend to smudge, bleed, or disappear in heat and humidity… this is for you. Just place a tiny drop on the back of your hand, dip your pencil or cream product into it, and apply as usual. That’s it. It helps create a seal so your makeup stays put for hours.
