Adding my post workout drink mix! This is a requirement for me after every workout. I feel like this helps me maximize the results I’m getting from each workout! Amino Acids- Kios mango flavor muscle recovery, hair growth, and skin Creatine- 1 tsp on light workout days and 2 tsp on leg day. Muscle recovery. Electrolyte packet- LMNT watermelon.
