My goto gluten free/grain free breakfast I’m focusing on a high protein diet these days. I was never a breakfast girly but not that I’m lifting weight 3-5x a week I’m def making this a priority. Sometimes I add in a little sausage, bacon, or chorizo, but it’s typically 4 eggs or eggs and/or a bowl of protein cereal.
