Plant Class with Dad 🪴 (Part 4) Time to check on our repotted plants and see how @Sol Soils products treated them 🌱 In just 2 weeks, both the Thai Basil and Bonsai tree we repotted are firmly rooted in their @Sol Soils houseplant mix, with the basil even starting to flower! They’d been kept outside for that time and it was extremely cold in South Florida (getting into th 30s and 40s some nights) but you would never know it by how happy these plants look! Come back next week for Part 5 where we repotted and other Thai Basil plant using @Sol Soils LECA balls and chunky perlite to amend soil we already had! In the coming weeks, we’ll give you a mini science lesson about the soil amendments we used and how they work and we’ll talk about mango and avocado season which are sneaking up on us soon! We’ll also be filming an orchid repot this month (that’ll probably go live sometime in early April) and we’ve got an Earth Day special dropping April 22nd where we’ll check on all the repotted plants (it’ll be several months in their new soil by then) & more!
