Cook the syrup: • In a saucepan, add 1 cup allulose, ½ cup water, cinnamon, pumpkin , and salt • Stir occasionally for a few minutes until the mixture is bubbling and golden. 3. Combine: • Carefully pour the hot syrup mixture into the bowl with bloomed gelatin. • Using a stand or hand mixer, whip for 10 minutes or until it becomes light, fluffy, and marshmallow-like. 4.
