🥒✨ PICKLE PARTY MIX ✨🥒

SEND THIS TO YOUR PICKLE-LOVING FRIENDS because they will love you forever. 😂💚

This is the snack mix you NEED for get-togethers, football games, parties… or honestly just sitting on the couch demolishing an entire bowl. 😂 It’s crunchy, ranchy, DILL PICKLE GOODNESS and dangerously easy to keep eating.

🥒 INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups Rice Chex
• 2 cups Wheat OR Corn Chex
• 2 cups Club Mini Crackers
• 2 cups White Cheddar Cheez-Its
• 2 cups Ritz Peanut Butter Bits
• 2 cups Ritz Cheese Bits
• 2 cups Cheddar Goldfish
• 3 packets Ranch Seasoning
• 1 1/3 cups neutral oil (canola, grapeseed or vegetable)
• 1/2 cup pickle juice
• 2–3 tbsp Grill Mates Dill Pickle Seasoning OR your favorite pickle seasoning
• 1 tbsp dried dill

🥒 LET’S MAKE IT:

1️⃣ MIX IT UP:
Add all of your crackers, cereal and snacks to a LARGE tray or mixing bowl.

2️⃣ MAKE IT PICKLEY:
Pour over the oil and pickle juice. Add 2 tbsp pickle seasoning + 2 packets ranch seasoning. Gently toss REALLY well so everything gets coated without crushing your snacks.

3️⃣ SPREAD IT OUT:
Line 2 large baking sheets with foil and divide the snack mix evenly between them.

4️⃣ MORE SEASONING, OBVIOUSLY 😂:
Divide the remaining ranch packet between both trays and sprinkle with the dried dill. Want it EXTRA pickle-y? Add a little more pickle seasoning here too! 🥒

5️⃣ BAKE:
Bake at 250°F for 15–20 minutes, gently tossing everything halfway through.

6️⃣ COOL + CRUNCH:
Let it cool completely and then… CRUNCH AWAY. 😂🥒💚

⚠️ Consider yourself warned: put a bowl down at a party and WATCH how fast this stuff disappears. 😂

I use NYX brow glue while that’s drying I’ll work on my concealer. I just got a new concealer so far loving it! Hopefully she doesn’t oxidize but I’ll keep you guys posted!! Also this morphe concealer brush EATS!!! 👏🏼 the blending this does is UNMATCHED!

🌽🍗 CRISPY CHICKEN & CORN PANCAKE

Crispy around the edges, juicy chicken, sweet little pops of corn, tons of scallions, and that salty, tangy dipping sauce?! SO freaking good.

INGREDIENTS:

🍗 1 large chicken breast, about 8 oz, thinly sliced
🌽 Fresh corn from 3 cobs
🧂 1 tsp kosher salt
⚫ 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, paprika, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce
🥄 2 tsp mirin

BATTER:

💧 1/2 cup water
🥔 1/4 cup potato starch
🌽 1/4 cup cornstarch
🌱
🧅 1/4 yellow onion, thinly sliced (we skipped this because our onions went bad)

Want it thicker? Use a little less water. More water gives you a thinner, crispier pancake!

DIPPING SAUCE:

🥢 2 tbsp soy sauce
🍚 1 tbsp rice vinegar
🍯 1 tsp sugar or honey
🥄 1 tsp sesame oil
💧 1–2 tsp water
🌱 1 tsp sesame seeds
🌱 1 small scallion, finely sliced
🌶️ Optional: gochugaru or sliced chili
🧄 Optional: tiny bit of minced garlic

We also used spicy mayo

DIRECTIONS:

1️⃣ Thinly slice the chicken against the grain, cut into smaller pieces and season with salt, pepper, seasonings listed above, soy sauce and mirin. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

2️⃣ Thinly slice the scallion greens lengthwise and place them in ice water. Roughly chop the whites and set aside.
(We didn’t have scallions, we used chives)

3️⃣ Mix the cornstarch, potato starch and water until smooth. Add to the chicken along with the fresh corn, scallion whites and sliced onion. Fold everything together.

4️⃣ Heat 3–4 tbsp avocado or neutral oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

5️⃣ Add the chicken mixture and spread it into a thin, even pancake. Fry for about 4–5 minutes, or until deeply golden and crispy underneath. Flip and cook the other side until golden and the chicken is fully cooked.

6️⃣ Top with a MOUNTAIN of those scallion greens and serve with the dipping sauce. 🤤🌽🍗

The fresh corn in this is EVERYTHING. Sweet, savory, crispy and absolutely worth making again!

⭐️BANANA BREAD SYRUP 🍌🍞✨

This tastes like warm banana bread in syrup form. Perfect for pancakes, waffles, coffee, oatmeal, ice cream, or anywhere you need a little comfort.

Ingredients
• 2 ripe bananas
• 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
• Touch of flaky salt
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup pure maple syrup
• 1 cup water
• 1 tbsp butter

Directions

1. Mash bananas well.
2. Mix in vanilla bean paste, flaky salt, and cinnamon.
3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
4. Add banana mixture.
5. Pour in maple syrup and water.
6. Bring to a boil, then immediately reduce to a simmer. Stir frequently for 20 minutes.
7. Let cool slightly.
8. Blend until smooth, then refrigerate.
