I love being vulnerable and sharing my life on here. The good and the bad. Mostly for two reasons, to helps others who are also struggling not feel alone and for me to see how far I’ve come. If I’m going to be honest this week was terrible for me. At the moment I am transitioning from one medication to a new one. I was hoping the transition would be smoother. As I was at the end of my old medication I found myself back where I started with this mental health journey. I wasn’t able to get myself to go to classes or do my assignments. Life can be hard because you can one day be doing so good and the next you don’t feel like yourself again. I am so grateful for friends and family that have been here for me this week and my school for providing me with an opportunity to still succeed with my health challenges. If you’re also struggling just know you aren’t alone. I would love to talk and help you. Your struggles and real but getting better is also real.
