These Palmini mashed ‘potatoes’ are super creamy, delicious, and packed with flavor! 😋

Made with Parmesan, whipped cream cheese, seasonings, and fresh chives, they’re the perfect low-carb, low-calorie alternative. 🥣 Topped with air-fried chicken wontons and a side of French green beans, this dish is a flavor bomb! 💥

Not only is @palmini_official made from hearts of palm, which are rich in fiber, low in carbs, and packed with essential nutrients like potassium, zinc, and vitamin C, but they also promote gut health and support heart health. ❤️ If you haven’t tried Palmini yet, you need to! 🙌

PALMINI MASHED RECIPE:
1 package of @palmini_official mashed
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
2T whipped cream cheese
1/2T minced garlic
Salt,pepper & onion powder to taste
1/4 c fresh chopped chives

ADD ONS:
8 frozen chicken & cilantro wontons
1/2 c canned French green beans with salt & pepper
Garnished with crispy chili oil (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣Add the frozen chicken wontons to the air fryer according to package directions
2️⃣In a small sauce pan add the @palmini_official mashed, grated Parmesan, almond milk and cream cheese.
3️⃣Put on low heat and mix until everything is melted and heated
4️⃣Add the salt, pepper, onion powder and minced garlic. Mix until combined.
5️⃣Turn the heat off and add the chives
6️⃣Warm up the green beans in the microwave
7️⃣Add the mash to the bottom of the bowl/place followed by the wontons and green beans.
8️⃣Garnish with chili oil 🌶️
