Two words: Beadboard wallpaper. ✨ This paintable, scrubbable paper can be used anywhere, even in high-traffic areas like your kitchen or bathroom.

I applied it to my glass pantry door insert using spray glue, but you can wet it and activate the wallpaper glue to apply to drywall or wood.

Pro tip: The paper has a tendency to bubble, so work slowly enough to smooth out the air pockets, but not so slow that the glue dries.

I added a gorgeous centerpiece to my outdoor dining table with this umbrella table planter! The two-piece curved design allows you to add greenery directly to the center of the table and disguise the umbrella hole.

In order to preserve the tabletop, the planter doesn’t have drainage holes. I opted for faux geraniums that I never have to water, but you could easily plant real flowers by adding a layer of rocks and sand to the bottom of the pot. Everything is from @Wayfair 🌸

This mini DIY tabletop fire pit took less than 5 minutes to make and adds so much ambience to my outdoor setup. The gel fuel canister lasts around 3 hours and makes a lovely crackling noise — just like a real wood burning fire! When the gel is gone, simply replace with a new canister. I bought these in bulk so we’ll have them on hand all summer. 🔥

Steps:
1. Add a layer of rocks to the bottom of your planter to create a base for the gel canister.
2. Add canister, ensuring it’s sturdy.
3. Fill in empty space with large river rocks (I grabbed mine from my garden).
4. Finish with a layer of fine white river rocks (these are from Walmart).
5. Carefully remove canister lid, light with a stick lighter and enjoy!

I installed this simple pea gravel patio border last year and it’s held up beautifully! When a weed or two has popped up, I just spot treat with weed killer as needed. I love this high-impact, low-effort outdoor project. ☀️

Tips:
1. When using thin weed barrier fabric, double up to so no weeds poke through later.
2. Consider finishing the project with mulch glue to keep pebbles in place.

One thing I never thought I’d do? Install a regulation size basketball hoop in my living room. 🤪 But with an active boy, I’m always looking for ways to get his energy out! I painted the hoop in Rustoleum’s Farmhouse White to blend in with my white walls, then added a protective layer of Rustoleum Clear. We attached the hoop to the drywall using contractor strength pull toggles, so it’s not going ANYWHERE! Pro tip: Get a silent basketball for indoor use to protect your floors and walls (and sanity).
