👻 Today, I’m showing you how you can DIY this super chic McGee and Co. look-a-like ghost garland!
I’m usually not a fan of air dry clay, but after tons of research, I found this one that made these so fun to create. Trust me, it actually works! ✨
This was the first “craft” in years my kids (teens) have done with me 🥹

I will have the clay and the cutters linked for you in my LTK.

Here’s a quick rundown of how to make your own spooky garland:

Roll clay into a ball.

Flatten to about 1/4 inch thick.

Use a cookie cutter (I found a 2-pack—check the video to see both shapes!) to punch out ghosts.

Make a hole for string, not too close to the edge (big enough for two loops!).

Air dry per package directions.

**At this point you can paint, clear coat, but I didn’t.

Sharpie on desired ghost faces!

Cut sturdy string (McGee used black cord, I used cooking string!).

Thread string, starting about 6 inches in for side length (tape ends for easier threading!), looping through the back of the ornament and around again.

Measure about 4 inches between each ghost.
