Here are the items I showed on my Instagram post today. The weather has been dreary this week in Sydney and wanted to revamp my wedding guest outfit for this weekend to combat the cold! Little updates like jackets and cardigans to add to a dress you may already have in your closet is a great way to get the most use of your pieces. I would say these items all run TTS (I take a size AU 6 or XS), except for the knit sweater an XXS was a better fit. The sandals that I’m living in this summer! ☀️ Have worn these for everyday casual grocery runs, dressy smart casual dinners, shopping and even travelling!

It’s becoming harder to find good quality shoes so was stoked to see that these have leather upper, which means comfort and last longer than PU.

Comes in several colours. It was a tough choice deciding between the dark brown (far left) vs beige (called light brown on website). Ended up getting the lighter beige but all colours are good and would pair with any outfit!

Merry Christmas! This dress in emerald green was the perfect dress to have on hand for the festive season. Green is a good colour choice if not keen on something in bright red.

Dress also comes in various colours, incl navy, pink, floral and black. I’m wearing AU 6, runs a little small IMO but has back zipper and some elastic stretch in bodice. True midi dress length, comes to mid calf on my petite height 150cm/5ft. Versatile dress that I’ve been able to dress up or down. Such as wearing to a wedding or just wanting to look cute on an average day. 😆

Worn here with Target girls cropped denim jacket sz 12 and Nine West leather sandals which gives some serious Hermes vibes, esp in the dark brown colour way. I’m wearing light tan version. *Sale alert: seasonal colours of the sandal now extra 50% off sale price. Check them out if you’re after comfy flat sandals in all leather upper.

What I’m wearing this Christmas on outfit repeat! 🎄Have worn this for sooo many occasions this month already: date night, work Christmas party, Christmas light viewing, casual days out. The list goes on!

Wearing usual size AU6. It’s a snug fit but dress has some stretch in the bodice and has a zipper. If in doubt, would recommend to size up.

I’m wearing the emerald green colour way. Also comes in a few new colitis each season.

Shoes are the Jimmy Choo Romy85 in patent white, which I haven’t seen around for a while but I did appt a pair of glitter heels on sale! That would add some sparkle to your holiday!✨

Less than one week til Christmas! Here are two last minute Christmas season dresses that will have you feeling festive and fun! (Or if you’re a savvy shopper like me, save these dresses to your wish list and fingers crossed for Boxing Day sales!)

• Red linen midi dress: wearing usual size AU6. Has side zipper. Nice flare to skirt. Lined. Classic red. Ankle length on my petite height (150cm), no need for heels. Square neckline.

• White how mini dress: wearing the Petite range size 8. I tend to size up so the skirt is not so short. Super cute!! Wish I was back in my wedding planning days and could wear this for engagement party/hen’s party etc.

Just noticed that my Tory Burch Ever Ready tote bag is on sale in the choc brown version with extra 20% off selected full price AND sale items site wide. Bag is now down to AUD $240 on sale. The Ever Ready tote pattern reminds me a lot of the Goyard tote bags but at a more budget friendly price. It’s canvas outer with leather trim and cotton lining. Comes in a larger (45cm length) or smaller (30cm length). Both options worked well for me. Makes a good work tote bag as well as all rounder tote for casual styling, travelling and maybe even baby bag? 😂

Pastel green soft trench also been one of my favourites to wear now that spring has arrived. Smaller sized sold out.

Winter wedding guest outfit. So happy to have been part of my dear friend’s special day for her wedding this month💖. It was hard picking an outfit to wear in this cold weather since the wedding ceremony was outdoors followed by an indoor reception.

Fell in love with this tulle and floral appliqué dress that gives off Oscar De La Rente vibes but at a much more affordabe price point of under AUD $100!

Wearing my usual size in XS. But from reading the reviews, may not suit all body shapes. The prettiness of this dress definitely makes it worth a go!

To stay warm in winter, I added a cardigan as well as a winter coat for outdoors.

WOC was from years ago and my oh my have the prices gone up. If looking for similar look, the long wallet is a good alternative as an evening clutch, minus the chain.

Another work day, another workwear outfit. When feeling uninspired I find myself reaching for an all black monochrome and add interest with a statement coat and shoes. .

Coat is new to my closet this Winter. A longish midi length. Wearing usual size in AU 6. Soft trench and light to medium weight. Not quite warm enough for very cold days but perfect for Autumn (and probably spring) and our mild Sydney winter.

Black sweater is 100% cotton which is super rare find these days with the market dominated by synthetics. It’s a chunky knit and hem ends below my hips. May not suit everyone if not wanting an oversized fit. Wearing XS.

Pants are old from Forcast. Look for descriptions like “cropped” length and will be perfect for petites.

Shoes leather upper and leather lining. AU 6, needs a bit of breaking in to soften the leather.

The perfect little mini white dress to celebrate a special anniversary occasion.

Love the rosette details on this strapless mini dress. TTS wearing XS, snug but stretchy fit. Side zipper. White material thick and not see through. Dress length is definitely a mini though! Even on my 150 cm petite height I didn’t think I would have wanted the dress any shorter.

Dress sizes limited but do request to be notified when restocked (I did the same for the Gwyneth Bow dress, which is equally cute, also linked). Dress also comes in sleek black or baby pink.

Camel wrap coat I wear sz IT 36 (or US2) but could have sized down to IT 34 but I wanted to be able to wear chunky sweaters underneath.

I wore my outfit with white Chanel WOC but can get similar lux look with the YSL clutch in white as well.

Original inspo for this easy to put together striped knit + satin midi skirt outfit came from & Other Stories while browsing The Iconic Australia the other day and I thought I’d recreate this with what I already have in my closet!

The original sweater looks more oversized, loose fitted + has a mock neck (which I think works really well). You can also substitute with any chunky sweater.

Satin skirt is from Forcast (AU 4, sized up fro 6). Length is a more petite friendly at 77 cm in length while &Other Stories version is 82 cm.

Bag is the Medium Sized Manhattan, which I got thinking I would fit my iPad in there but I think the Small Size might be better in the end. (The Mini Size is also super cute and the white currently on my wish list). Comes in black, white, tan and croc. It was very hard to choose between the colours! But I thought I’ve got too many brown bags already.

Shoes are old from Witchery, and I have yet to come across a 100% leather shoe under $100 so have linked good old Jimmy Choo Romy 85 that are a classic style. My striped top is also old and have not seen it back at H&M for years (wish they’d restock it as it’s one of my most worn pieces).

Looking for new updates to my autumn coat collection and found some great finds on sale at Myer this weekend including this cozy teddy jacket and grown up soft trench in khaki/sage green. Sadly the powder blue version (so pretty!) of the trench is sold out but there is also classic camel (oat). I didn’t manage to find my usual size to try on in store but Miss Shop would usually be TTS or runs slightly large in my opinion. Trench coat length is midi but on my 150 cm heigh closer to ankles than to my knees.

What to wear when visiting London in May? Comfortable walking shoes for >20K steps per day of sightseeing and rain-proof trench! 🌧️👟

//Adidas OG Samba EU 36.5 (US men’s 4.5, UK 4). I took half a size up from my usual as the EU36 felt just a smidge right in the toes and it’s often good to have a bit of wriggle room for toes when doing lots of walking. Would recommend pairing with slightly longer socks on your first wear as I got blisters above my heels when worn with no show socks but no issues after second outing.

A cozy and casual outfit for Friday visit to Endota Spa to use up my birthday voucher! Jumper is currently on sale at Myer for $40 AUD and best of all, it’s 100% organic cotton! It’s a medium thick jumper so is surprisingly warm for Autumn. I’m wearing usual size XS and it’s a generous oversized style which I like. Skirt is a beautiful forest green which I got for Christmas last year and noticed it’s also now on sale. I’m wearing AU 4 (when I’m usually 6), but if you have an apple shaped body, then should go for your usual size as there isn’t much stretch in the fabric. Autumn is here in Australia! Which has been perfect for wearing my Reiss blazer collection on rotation this week for those chilly mornings. This camel one is one of my favourites from a couple of years ago. Reiss blazers are well cut and the material is solid (especially if you get wool blend).
