For someone who has had a hard time losing weight after my second kid, I thought I’d share what HAS been working now that I found my groove: 1. Eating clean is a huge part, I’m not EXTREMELY strict but eating “better” has been an all around health improvement for me. 2. Working out 3 days a week - I work out M-W-F. I’m going to link my workout equipment. What I do every M-W-F: Stepper: I do 20-30m every time. Roughly comes out to 800+ steps (the stepper tracks the steps, minutes and calories.) Weights bands: I use these for my arm workouts. Doing various workouts 3x each. Weights: I use weights for my glutes and sides (love handles). Various workouts 3x each. 3. Intermittent-fasting until 11am/12pm 4. Meal replacement shake for lunch. Women’s Best has been the only one that I have had great experience with. Blends well and tastes so good!
