Migraine and headache sufferers… oh my god is this thing brilliant!! It’s a cold cap that you keep in the fridge. When the pain hits, you just pull it on over your head until it’s covering your eyes, with your nose poking though the slit. Not only is the coolness of the cap incredibly soothing, which I find helps to make the pain more bearable, it also completely blocks the light from your eyes, far more effectively than closed curtains or blinds can. The soft, stretchy neoprene-like fabric is really comfy and fits so well. I also find that the gentle pressure of the cap against my head is incredibly comforting, like a cooling, soothing hug! Everyone is different when it comes to headaches and migraine but in my personal experience this has made life so much more bearable when the pain hits, so I really, really recommend it.
