Part 1 | If you can relate, I see you. 🤍 For so long I felt like my body was fighting against me and I couldn’t explain why. The exhaustion, inflammation, pain, hormones, brain fog… all while trying to still show up for everyone around me. I have lupus, Hashimoto’s, hypothyroidism, and I’m currently navigating what’s likely undiagnosed endometriosis. And if you’ve ever felt dismissed, confused, or exhausted trying to figure out what’s going on with your body… you are not alone. This is me opening up a little more honestly about the reality behind the scenes. Not for sympathy — but because I know how isolating it can feel when your body doesn’t feel like your own. If you can relate in any way, I’m giving you the biggest hug. 🤍 lupus hashimotos endometriosis
