Eye spy a new addition to my Spring wardrobe - this vibrant green cashmere t-shirt from @me_andem which has given my wardrobe a little refresh for the new season. As a Personal Stylist surrounded by clothes every day and with plenty of opportunities to shop, you may be surprised to know that I don’t have a huge wardrobe bursting with clothes, because I am ruthless about what earns a place in there. Over the years I’ve learned that when you smarter and buy with intention you end up with a wardrobe that you truly love. By shopping less and spending a little more on treasured pieces the net effect on my bank account is the same, in fact I’ve probably saved money. However, it’s had a huge impact on how I feel about my wardrobe, as every single piece in it I truly adore. No more spending frivolously buying pieces that don’t fill me with joy. Instead I focus on pieces that make me feel incredible every single time I wear them. So my question to you today is would you rather have: 1. A smaller, curated wardrobe that you truly love filled with pieces that make you smile and feel a million dollars? - or - 2. A large, bulging wardrobe filled to the brim with random pieces that you feel neutral about?
