Picked up a lemon mini sheet cake from Trader Joe’s, sliced up a carton of fresh strawberries, and shaped them into the cutest little crustacean. (Pro tip: stack two cakes if you want more drama.) Big strawberries = head and claws Medium slices = body + tail Thin strips = antenna + arms That’s it! The easiest DIY dessert centerpiece for summer entertaining.
