One box organic vegetable broth
One package grass fed ground beef (brown)
One package organic Italian chicken sausage (slice)
1/2 yellow onion and garlic (brown)
2 cans organic tomato sauce
One large can roasted diced tomatoes
Oregano and course s&p
Cook for 4 hours on low and add GF quinoa twist pasta in the last hour.
Top with fresh basil, large dollop of ricotta and fresh grated Parm or mozzarella.
Serves 8 to 10
