I reviewed every jean on the sale and narrowed it to seven for my jean capsule. Here's the shoes and tops that make each one look styled.
* Long Dark Wash. Wear with dressier outfits and saturated colors.
* Convertible. Wear with anything you want, rolled with any shoe or long with heels.
* Bootcut. Wear with all your dainty heels and boots.
* Low and Loose. Wear with fitted tops tucked in, or looser tops that meet the top of the low rise.

Work doesn’t look the way it used to, and neither should your wardrobe. One week it means a flight to LA. This capsule starts with two of my favorite closet essentials, a blazer and a cashmere cardigan. They look far more expensive than they are, feel just as good as they look, and become the pieces you reach for on repeat. Around them, I built a high low mix of Quince, Nordstrom, Paige, and a few affordable finds with enough variety that repeating clothes never feels like repeating outfits.

Most women wear a cashmere cardigan to keep warm. I wear mine around my waist without bulking up my belly and like a scarf over my shoulders. Even backwards and belted as a top. This is what an outfit multiplier looks like. This is my favorite and it’s grade A cashmere and under $100.
