So far the only thing I regret packing is my straw bucket hat. It would have been easier and more fun to buy a hat here. Although, my classic Ralph Lauren baseball cap has been a huge hit. It looks sporty and chic with my adidas sneakers, Gucci shorts, and Spanx travel set. So far I’ve only worn two of the 3 pairs of shoes I brought, but I’ve been tempted to purchase about 100 more! If you love shoes and don’t have any will powder I do not recommend a trip to Italy. My Quince wrinkle free gauze skirt and dress have been the biggest hit. They are cool and look a lot more like what the locals are wearing. Added bonus they hide a tortellini tummy and gelato gut that are in avoidable here.

My closet and my carryon is a high low mix of brands from Amazon to dolce and Gabbana. One of my favorite things to do as a fashion fanatic is to visit flagship stores especially those on my designer brands bucket list. It’s an added bonus when I get something on my list.

There is a beautiful mural of a famous luxury ocean inside that reinforces Prada’s heritage as a luxury luggage and travel-goods house founded in 1913. The black and white marble floors have been preserved beautifully and are the perfect backdrop to the stunning selection.

Prada’s Galleria small Saffiano leather bag was named after this location. Saffiano goat leather is so durable and practically indestructible. Making it the perfect choice if like me you don’t save your nice things for special occasions.

If you are lucky enough to purchase Prada in Italy you can save about 20% plus your tax refund.
