My 4 fall styling tips for postpartum moms 🍂 
1. Prioritize comfort + fit. Soft fabrics, stretchy waistbands, and flowy cuts are your best friend. If it pinches or pulls, it’s not worth it.
2. Keep it simple. Tanks with wide-leg sweats. A button-up over leggings. Outfits that let you move through the day without overthinking.
3. Don’t be afraid to size up. Oversized can be chic and practical. Clothes should work for your body — not the other way around.
4. Never underestimate pockets. Between carrying little ones, snacks, and coffee, pockets are the unsung heroes of mom life.

Life Lately:

1. I told myself I’d shoot every week in August no matter what my (postpartum) body may look like. Cheers 🥂

2. I’ve committed to waking up at 6 AM everyday to catch the sunrise. It’s my way of adding more intentionality into my life. (Can’t believe I’ve been missing these beautiful views all along.)

3. I asked God to help me find ways to cultivate an intentful prayer life, then this wonderful mantra found me 🧘🏽‍♀️

4. You should be taking a daily multivitamin!

5. Still soft launching @indigenousskin 🙃

6. Still moving through liminal space.

7. Still…blooming 🌸

Beginning a new decade and recovering from pregnancy has forced me to make major lifestyle changes!

I’m playing the long game; dedicating my 30s to making proactive lifestyle adjustments and choices that’ll pay off down the road, and not necessarily all at once.

Shooting in a bikini, still 25 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight wasn’t on my 2024 bucket list, but here we are! My body has done some incredible work over the past two years and the effort I’ve been putting towards regaining fitness deserves recognition.

This phase of liminal space is teaching me to celebrate the journey of becoming. “Perfection” isn’t the only thing worth showcasing. There’s beauty in the in-between.

So in the meantime, I’m prioritizing a whole foods diet, regular exercise, and beauty rest!

Transformation is latent wherever we place intentionality and care. So while we’re striving for perfection, let’s make sure we’re THRIVING, too. ✨

My second pregnancy has sparked a fresh wave of inspiration that was absent during my first. Instead of expending energy trying to squeeze into my pre-pregnancy wardrobe or resigning myself to daily sweats and t-shirts due to nothing fitting, l opted to allocate a budget for "pregnancy-friendly" clothing.

Here were my non-negotiables:
* Gotta be comfy.
* Keep it casual.
* Should work post-pregnancy too.

I chose the @alexanderwangny Triangle Bralette from @revolve for two reasons:

1. Because I love the quality of all Alexander Wang pieces, and
2. Because this bralette is 91% cotton! - making it breathable and comfortable.

To make this outfit budget-friendly, I paired it with a @fashionnova Reflective Crop Jacket, which turned out to be a perfect match to the @shop.afrm Parachute Pants I purchased on the @asos App!
