Getting ready for the gym is easy with these pieces. My favorites for Pilates are the crop leggings, low back bras and tops. They are comfortable and functional. The low back sports bra offers enough support for yoga and Pilates but not for a heavy workout. I suggest the jockey sports bras and pack of five tanks for a more intense workout. Youā€™ll get the support you need and the tops keep you cool and dry. Iā€™m a big fan. I wear the 7/8 leggings on weightlifting days. This time a year I always wear a light long sleeve sports top over my tank tops for warmth, especially after a workout. It helps prevent the cold weather cooling your body temperature down too fast. This is the perfect spring dress for walking around the parks or sitting in your favorite ice cream shop, like Beaches and Cream at The Beach Club. Coral is one of my favorite colors to wear, and itā€™s not as easy to find as it used to be. Thatā€™s why I grab it whenever I can. With a classic crossover top, a flattering waist, and breezy lightweight material, this dress will get a lot of use throughout the summer months. I really needed new intimates and sleepwear, and Soma is my favorite place to shop. I love my new soft and comfortable sleepwear, especially the sleep shirts. They're a staple in my nighttime wardrobe. I was excited to see their new spring collection, which includes vibrant and beautiful colors. I'm loving the seashell collection and wearing the sleep shirts in a size XS. ļæ¼ The cami, crop pants, and yellow sleep gown are a size S. I always like having a pair of pajamas with pants for lounging around. The shelf bra on the cami provides enough coverage to be worn without a robe. The nightgown is slightly see-through, so keep that in mind when wearing it around the house. It also comes in black. The vanishing edge panties are my go-to for the gym or when wearing a fitted dress. The lace band doesnā€™t show through my gym leggings or most dresses. I absolutely adore the retro prints Lilly Pulitzer is featuring in her new collection. They're so fun, playful, and vibrantā€”just the way we love them! The shift dress is a charming pastel palette set against a crisp white background. It has a gorgeous scalloped hem. I hear this print is from the 1960s, making it an especially beautiful choice for Easter! The romper on the right (yes, it has shorts underneath) is totally on trend with its bold, larger floral print in warm, bright colors. The sleeves add a touch of dramatic, romance. Magic Kingdom day called for some layers and waterproof pants. Iā€™ve got a pair of Palmer shorts underneath my LOFT Wanderweave pants. These have those great zippers at the bottom so I can quickly take my pants off when it gets warmer. A lightweight top with a cami underneath is a stylish way to layer. No need to remove the top layer, but I could if I wanted to. Not shown in the picture, but definitely something I highly recommend, the backpack that I tagged. It was recommended in many travel groups, and Iā€™ve gotten a lot of use of it on our trips. It has an inside insulated pocket to put your water in and itā€™s extremely roomy for putting those extras youā€™ll need during the changing seasons. Tip: Bring a lightweight rain jacket, because you never know what Florida weather you'll encounter this time of year. Itā€™s perfect for Tatianaā€˜s Bayou ride as well if you're going early in the morning and want to avoid walking around the park wet and cold. #LTKTravel #LTKPetite #LTKootd

I train every day of the week, but I prefer walking on certain days. On those days, I like to wear my long sleeve tops with comfortable workout pants and my Brooks running shoes, which are my favorite sneakers. I was very excited when these arrived! Iā€™m in the gym several times a week but when I canā€™t get there, these will come in handy. The rack took my husband about 20 minutes to put together. I suggest you have a wrench handy to help tighten the bolts. Iā€™ve tagged a few things we have in our home gym. I use the workout gloves all the time when Iā€™m handling dumbbells and barbells with metal bars. Not only do they help with my grip, but when I get sweaty the bars donā€™t slip out of my hands. They are easy to wash and dry fast. The mat you see underneath my bar bells has slightly changed. It is now foldable. I tagged the larger one from the same brand. The original one protects our floor just as well and Iā€™m sure the newer one is even better. I bought the interlocking floor tiles for when I practice Pilates and yoga. They offer extra cushioning that is still firm and easy on their joints when working out. Our treadmill and an almost six years old and still going strong. We chose Sole because of its value, quality, and reviews. Neither one of us is a runner, but it gets daily use for moderate to high intensity walks. I like that it has several different programs, including HITT and open. Ours came with a heart monitor, Bluetooth speakers, phone/ipadholder, and plenty of room to put cups, keys, etc. we have the F80 model. Iā€™ve got my favorite Vera Bradley tote in tow. I have loved wearing my navy shoes from Talbots this season. They have a little bit of a wedge and are very comfortable. Iā€™ll tag something similar since these were from a few years ago. Thin belts are coming back into style and the one Iā€™m wearing comes in a pack of three! Affordable, versatile, and they stretch. Iā€™ve been talking about this jean jacket since the fall. It is fitted, without a collar, classic lines and very comfortable. I love the color. It is dark but bright and warm. I love the pinstripe wide leg jeans. They are light enough to wear when the spring and summer comes. We live in a warmer climate so Iā€™ll get a lot of use out of them throughout the seasons. These are very popular right now and selling fast. Iā€™m thinking about purchasing another Vera Bradley tote because I love the quality, durability, and versatility it provides. Meet your new favorite versatile, on trend outfit. Lace and wide leg pants are all the rage this year. These pieces are not only on trend, but they look classically styled. I love the bell sleeve lace top. It is very soft. The sleeves are just enough without overwhelming me. Iā€™m wearing it in a size medium as this top tends to run small. As Iā€™ve said in other posts, you need a cami underneath it. Iā€™m wearing a white one under mine in size small. The pinstripe wide leg trouser jeans are a blast from the past with an updated modern look. I went with the average length which is a tad bit long on me, but I felt the petite was too short for me. I purchased an average 4, but I could have sized down to a 2 so be mindful of this. This outfit is a great way to get some pieces that are trendy, yet can be worn many different ways, and for many different events. They offer stability, comforts, and the support I need on tough days. I own three pairs. Adrenaline is my favorite style because of the wider toe box. I love my red V-neck sweater! Made to be oversized, I have the extra small. It pairs well with jeans, slacks, skirts, and it can be worn over a collared shirt. OPI is one of my favorite brands of nail polish. Long lasting and wears well. I have a feeling that gym bag is under my Christmas tree šŸ¤žšŸ» I did a lot of research and I wanted a bag that could hold my extra pair of shoes as well as my yoga mat and a large water bottle. This one looked like a winner and I dropped a few hints šŸ˜‰ Love the fold up yoga mat, and the E.L.F. lip oils should be delivered by Christmas Eve. I finally got a pair of Tasman slippers and cannot recommend them enough! The hard soul makes them durable and versatile. As always, very warm and comfortable. I donā€™t have the oura ring yet, but my daughter wears hers all the time and loves it. She said it gives her the readings that make her workouts better. The Versa ribbed sweater is lightweight and warm. It is see through so wear a cami under it. The grey cardigan is figure flattering with a two button closure and flare sleeves. This is my New Yearā€™s Eve outfit. I wanted something casual, comfortable, and fun. The barrel sleeves keep my outfit on trend, and the a-lone silhouette is classic. I like that this dress has some stretch to it. It zips up the back. The V-neck is not too low for me. It opens just enough to let your favorite necklace peek through. I love how the entire dress is pieced with panels and stitched together. It adds interest to the look. Iā€™ve worn these tights so many times, Iā€™m so glad they come in a pack of two.
