I’m a big believer that life’s little luxuries make the daily grind feel a bit more…intentional. Case in point: this Parker rollerball pen is one of my favorite cylindrical objects. Writes like a dream, feels expensive and comes in at around $35—a steal for something I now guard like it’s a family heirloom. Funny how I only lose the cheap pens, huh?

Also, little known fact of losing a bunch of weight, your blood sugar controls the size of your eyeballs and when you get healthy, your eyeballs shrink and your lenses don’t keep up. My doctor told me that they eventually will and I’ll have better near vision soon.

I’d rather be skinny and blind than fat and able to read a menu. 👓

I tried so hard (and unsuccessfully) to get one last year so I’ve already jumped on it this year. They only had less than 400 in stock for the whole country when I just looked. 😬

My aesthetician recommended red light therapy and I got her approval on this one that also does the neck and offers multiple light color options. My teenagers use the blue light to help combat acne.

I keep AirTags in all my bags, including carry ons so that I can precisely pinpoint where my stuff is — especially carry on suitcases that may sometimes get gate checked.
