Soft fabric, great stretch. The top half of the the skirt is lined with a slip which creates a smooth look. The downside is that the slip sometimes rides up when you walk. The skirt falls right above the ankle so it coordinates beautifully with heels or flats. LTKSeasonal LTKstyletip
