Happy Friday! Another week another Chat 💬! Here was the most questions I got this week and it was about my vibration plate. I use my vibration plate daily ! In the am for sure right after waking up , but also after post workout 🏋🏾‍♀️.
She helps drain the lymphatic system tones, muscles boot circulations, and wake your body up. I basically feel like I’m getting snatched while standing there. Think low impact , but effective.💪😉
