Calling all RUNNERS with sensitive stomachs or an aversion to gels. This one’s for you!

Datefix has been my energy fuel for my long runs. There’s only two ingredients: Dates and Orange Blossom Water.

They have different flavors like: Ginger, Turmeric, and Cinnamon. Honestly, they all taste the same to me 😂 but I’d recommend trying the variety pack.

Run gels make me nauseous, but this is REAL carbs and so much easier on my stomach.

Packing for a long run is like packing for the first day of school. Iykyk. 😅

These are my essentials when I’m training with a group.

My Nike Pegasus 41s are great for my long runs, but if you like a little extra cushion, I’d go for the Vomero Plus or Premium!

If you haven’t tried Datefix for fuel, but hate using gels due to stomach issues, I highly recommend.

Note: I don’t take the bag on the run. 😂

Winter nights out are always tough for me to put together an outfit.

I always want to be warm, but still look chic and fashionable, and that can be challenging.

Another one for my runners! As it gets colder and darker, we need to stay warm and safe.

LOVE my Nike Therma-Fit running jacket!!! I run cold and this looks lightweight, but had me sweating (in a good way 😂) before Mile 1.

Paired it with my Vomero Plus sneakers in Hyper Pink (I go a half size up in running sneakers, so these are 8.5) and of course my Nike crew socks to keep my feet warm.
