Calling all RUNNERS with sensitive stomachs or an aversion to gels. This one’s for you!

Datefix has been my energy fuel for my long runs. There’s only two ingredients: Dates and Orange Blossom Water.

They have different flavors like: Ginger, Turmeric, and Cinnamon. Honestly, they all taste the same to me 😂 but I’d recommend trying the variety pack.

Run gels make me nauseous, but this is REAL carbs and so much easier on my stomach.

Highly recommend checking them out! 🤗

These are my essentials when I’m training with a group.

My @Nike US Pegasus 41s are great for my long runs, but if you like a little extra cushion, I’d go for the Vomero Plus or Premium!

If you haven’t tried Datefix for fuel, but hate using gels due to stomach issues, I highly recommend.
