Dumpling pasta recipe (easy!): 1 lb ground pork 2 T sesame oil 2 T soy sauce 2โ3 T ginger paste 2โ3 T minced garlic Plenty of white pepper 1 large onion, chopped 1/2 bag of shredded cabbage 6โ8 scallions, chopped (I like a lot!) 1 box orecchiette pasta, cooked Method: Brown the pork and onions in sesame oil. Add garlic, ginger, and white pepper. Fry for 2 mins. Then, add chopped scallions and cabbage. Add soy sauce and continue frying on high-ish heat until you get some crispy bits. Layer on cooked pasta ๐ serve with seaweed and onion cups.
