Dish up dinner with me! Creamy Fajita Chicken Recipe 👇

Ingredients
• 2 onions, sliced
• 4 bell peppers (any color), sliced
• 4 chicken breasts, sliced
• 1 packet fajita seasoning
• Salt and pepper (go light)
• 1 (16 oz) container cheese dip
• 1 cup salsa
• 1½ cups cream
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• Lime juice (a big squeeze)
• Cooked rice

Instructions
1. Heat a large pan over medium high heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and sliced chicken.
2. Sprinkle with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is cooked through and everything is slightly charred.
3. Reduce heat to medium low. Stir in cheese dip, salsa, and cream until smooth.
4. Add shredded cheddar and a big squeeze of lime juice. Stir until melted and combined.
5. Let simmer for about 10 minutes until slightly thickened. Serve over rice.

Dumpling pasta recipe (easy!):

1 lb ground pork
2 T sesame oil
2 T soy sauce
2–3 T ginger paste
2–3 T minced garlic
Plenty of white pepper
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 bag of shredded cabbage
6–8 scallions, chopped (I like a lot!)
1 box orecchiette pasta, cooked

Method:
Brown the pork and onions in sesame oil. Add garlic, ginger, and white pepper. Fry for 2 mins. Then, add chopped scallions and cabbage. Add soy sauce and continue frying on high-ish heat until you get some crispy bits. Layer on cooked pasta 😉 serve with seaweed and onion cups.

Topping suggestions:
Kewpie mayo, oyster sauce (salty so not too much), mozzarella cheese, Japanese bbq sauce, furikake, French fried onions, sweet chili sauce
