Here’s how to make them:
1️⃣ Head to the store and grab a vase, foam block for inside, bamboo skewers, and fake flowers
2️⃣ Paint your kids hands and let dry
(I recommend either doing this on cardstock or laminating once dry)
3️⃣ Decorate the vase! We used acrylic paint markers - you can use anything you want; regular paint, sharpies, stickers, etc.
4️⃣ Print pictures. I made 4x4 collages with 4 pictures in each making the pictures 2x2 inches in size
5️⃣ Mount everything on paper (optional but adds more color), laminate (also optional), and tape skewers on the back
6️⃣ Add foam block inside vase and start assembling!

Who knew that STRAWS could make such a fun painting tool to make the cutest spring art?

Here’s how we made them:
1️⃣ Cut out a vase of construction paper
2️⃣ Tape or glue into cardstock (holds up better to paint!)
3️⃣ Draw stems coming out
4️⃣ Cut the tips of straws to resemble flowers
5️⃣ Dip in paint and stamp

Sweet. Simple. Perfect for spring (and fine motor skills 😉)
