I almost convinced myself I didn’t need this. My treadmill died a year ago. And I kept telling myself I’d be fine without one. But after one winter of icy sidewalks, dark mornings, and “I’ll just skip today”… I realized something. If I want to stay consistent, I can’t depend on perfect conditions. Building this treadmill felt exactly like running. You start by questioning your life choices. You keep going anyway. And in the end, you’re proud you didn’t quit. This isn’t about pace. It’s about showing up. Even when it would be easier not to. New era unlocked. Who’s building something they won’t quit on this year?
