Looking back from May 2024 to May 2026, these past two years have been all about consistency, health, and self-love. Today, I’m celebrating a major milestone: I am officially down 30 pounds and out of the 300 club! 📉🎉 But this journey is about so much more than a scale. It’s about focusing on my overall health, watching my A1C numbers drop, and honoring my body through every single stage. Body positivity is about loving the skin you're in right now while actively building a healthier future.
