I get asked this question alot, how do you find the energy and time to make the effort to dress up for work? Or How do you keep your workwear wardrobe organized, styled and ready to go?

The truth is it isn’t time consuming and I’ve figured out a system that makes getting dressed for work low effort yet still intentional.

I shared this with a friend of mine recently and she told me it’s made all the difference for her too!

Here’s how you can build this system too⤵️

1️⃣ Decide on the the colours and silhouettes you love wearing or feel most comfortable in. For example do you prefer colourful outfits or do you prefer muted and neutral tones? Do you prefer wearing pants or skirts with a cute top or are you a dress girly? Does the nature of your job require you to be business formal or business casual at the office?

2️⃣ organize your closet in categories! If you decide that only certain items are for the office then you can easily curate a dedicated section of your closet to just those items, that way you’re not hunting through all you own each time you go to choose an outfit.

3️⃣ You’ve heard it before, so this is your reminder, pick and style the outfits you want to wear for the week. If you’re like me and this has always been a challenge to do, don’t worry too much about picking exact looks for each day. Instead focus on picking individual pieces that speak to you that can easily mix and match with other items

And with just thise three little things you’re ready to show up for each work week, with minimal effort.

You’ve been putting off your PMP exam long enough. And while I’d never say it’s an absolute must, getting certified as a Project Manager from PMI could be a game changer for your career.

Here are 5 of my best tips to help you prepare effectively and pass your PMP exam on the first try:

Tip 1: Master the PMP Mindset First
Before you memorize a single process or formula, learn how PMI expects you to think. Andrew Ramdayal developed the PMP Mindset framework specifically to help you understand how to approach scenario-based questions the way PMI wants you to. His full breakdown is available free on his YouTube channel so no need to pay for it!

Tip 2: Use a Structured Prep Course
The PMP exam is not something you can wing with a few YouTube videos and the PMBOK Guide alone. Enroll in a proper prep course that covers all three domains. A good course won’t just teach you content it will also cover how to think through the questions strategically.

Tip 3: Do as Many Practice Exams as Possible
I honestly can’t say this enough. The PMP exam is 180 scenario-based questions and the only way to build the stamina and instinct to navigate them confidently is repetition. Aim to complete multiple full-length practice exams under timed conditions before your exam date.

Tip 4: Study Your PMI Score Report from Practice Exams
Every practice exam you do provides you with useful data, so use it. Identify which domains you are consistently underperforming in and devote more of your study time there. Many people spread their study time equally across all topics when they should be doubling down on their weak spots.

Tip 5: Build a Study Schedule and Protect It
Cramming does not work for the PMP, don’t get me wrong I’ve seen people cram and pass but they didn’t pass above target! The exam is too broad and too deep for that kind of strategy. Build a realistic study schedule that spreads your prep over 8 to 12 weeks and stick to it.

Remember you’ve got everything you need. Now go schedule that exam! If you have any questions my dms are wide open!
