I buy a lot of my clothes and some of my jewelry from @loft and when they are having a big sale I love to stock up on intentional pieces that I know will pair with some of the Loft items I already have in my closet. And last week I scored these really cute trouser shorts from Lou & Grey plus this adorable heart necklace and I knew that they would go well with pieces I already own. 🛍️

Shapellx recently sent me their Tummy Control Shorts to try out, and let me tell you I could feel the control! 😂

That being said, the shorts were still super comfortable and breathable, and while it’s not something that I would personally see myself wearing for 12 hours a day, I think for a special event, or outing where I wanted some extra definition through my waist, these are a great option for that!

I became single again when I was 55 and had no clue how to get back out there. This is one of the reasons that I decided to become a matchmaker and a date & relationship coach.
