Drape Hanging 101: 2 Do’s & 1 Don’t Do’s: 1) The 12/12 Rule: Mount rods 12” out & up from window frame for a polished look. 2) Measure Smart: Lay curtains flat, including any rings/hooks, and measure them from top piece to bottom of the curtain. Then, measure the distance top of the rod to the screw holes and subtract this from the total drapery length. This is the key for that perfect, floor-kissing look 🫶 Don’t: Skimp on ladder safety!
